ENGINEER, PHONEX INDIA PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & AI INNOVATION CENTER
Location: Kochi (preferred) · Remote within India considered for exceptional candidates

The Role
We are looking for a hands-on engineer to join the founding India team and contribute directly to real production systems from day one. You will build and ship features across our cloud-native SaaS platform, work closely with senior engineers to grow your depth, and take ownership of well-scoped components end to end. This role is ideal for someone earlier in their career who wants to work on a real product — not client projects — learn from strong engineers, and build credibility through solid, hands-on contribution.
SENIOR ENGINEER, PHONEX INDIA PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & AI INNOVATION CENTER

Experience: 5–8 years
Reports to: Principal Engineer/Engineering Leadership, PhoneX India, working directly with US counterparts
The Role
We are looking for a deeply hands-on senior engineer to be one of the first members of the PhoneX India team. You will own significant parts of our production systems, make sound architecture and design decisions within your domain, and raise the engineering bar through the quality of your own work and the engineers you mentor. You'll work directly with US engineering counterparts and the India principal on real production systems, platform evolution, and pragmatic AI adoption. This role suits a strong, independent engineer who wants ownership, depth, and influence — not just task execution.
PRINCIPAL ENGINEER, PHONEX INDIA PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & AI INNOVATION CENTER
Location: Kochi (preferred) · Remote within India considered for exceptional candidates
Experience: 8–14 years
Reports to: CTO & US Engineering Leadership
The Role
We are looking for a deeply hands-on senior engineer who can become the technical nucleus of PhoneX India. This person will work directly with the CTO and US engineering leadership on real production systems, architecture decisions, platform evolution, AI adoption, engineering standards, and the formation of the early India team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys going deep into large production codebases, understanding actual system behavior, solving difficult engineering problems, and earning technical credibility through hands-on contribution.
